Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre\'s Code of Conduct binds all members, parents, coaches, officials and spectators on our premises.
What you share here is reviewed by the General Manager and MPIO. We may share it with:
• The relevant team or club captain / manager
• The participant\'s parent or guardian (if a minor is involved)
• The affiliated sport body (BNSW, NetballNSW, Squash NSW etc.) where the conduct has continued or where the participant is in their representative pathway
• Sport Integrity Australia for matters affecting NIF-signatory sports
• NSW Police if criminal conduct is suspected
• Anti-Discrimination NSW / AHRC if discrimination or harassment is involved
Possible outcomes range from a quiet word with the person concerned, through suspension from our venue, to formal referral. The complainant is told the outcome category but not always the detail.
Records are kept securely for at least 7 years. Australian Privacy Principles apply.
