Mon–Fri, 9am–3pm. Walk in, pay, play. No booking needed. Subject to availability. Bookings on weekends and in peak time are required to ensure availability.

Send an enquiry above or call us. We send you a booking agreement as soon as we can — your booking is confirmed once you sign and return it and (if one is required) pay the deposit within 14 days. Otherwise we may release the slot.
Staffed = a PVRSC team member on-site. Unstaffed bookings are available outside staffed hours by arrangement (keypad access, additional terms).
One-off bookings: fees waived if you give written notice at least 2 business hours before your slot. Larger / recurring bookings follow our staged schedule — 120–90 days before: 50% deposit refunded · 90–60 days: deposit not refunded · less than 60 days: deposit not refunded and the full hire fee is due. All hirers are responsible for damage during their booking — up to a $5,000 insurance excess or the cost of repair, whichever applies. Check the space before you start; flag any pre-existing damage in writing so it doesn't land on you.
Non-marking soles only on courts. Clean indoor sneakers are perfect. No stilettos, no muddy outdoor shoes, no spikes — protects the sprung timber for everyone.
Water-based floor tape only, and only with prior approval — bring a sample and ask first. No sticky tape, no double-sided tape, no gaffer / duct or other residue-leaving tapes anywhere on walls or fixtures. Blu-Tack OK on glass + brick if applied and removed with care.
No bikes or scooters inside the centre — bike racks at the kiosk entrance. No pets generally; companion animals and accredited guide dogs are welcome anywhere on-site.
Max 2,000 people in the venue at once. Over 500 attendees → parking attendants + qualified first aid on-site (we can arrange both for a fee). Above 2,000 expected → portable toilets at hirer cost. We'll let you know what applies during enquiry.
Kiosk for snacks & coffee · function-room hires can pre-order platters · BYO food is fine. PVRSC is licensed — we serve alcohol in the function room and the area beside the main court, 10am–10pm, by written request. No BYO alcohol on site under any circumstances.
A 15% surcharge is applied to hire fees and on-site purchases on NSW public holidays. Otherwise everything runs as normal — most public holidays we're open.
PVRSC is a not-for-profit and we do our best to help, but generally there are no discounts beyond what's already advertised. We've kept off-peak rates affordable so everyone can get a fair price for court time.
If you're hiring under an ABN or running an organised event, you need $20M public liability with PVRSC noted as an interested party, plus workers comp if you have paid staff on site. We need a Certificate of Currency 14 days before your hire. Casual / individual hirers without insurance sign a risk-warning waiver instead.
Non-water-based tape · candles or any naked flame · gas cylinders, fireworks, firearms · confetti, glitter, rice, metallic sprinkles · chewing gum · smoking / vaping / e-cigarettes · drones (unless we've approved in writing and you follow CASA rules).
